I move to new mosque not that long ago

I when for a friday prayer and the imam talked about people who believe that the prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa salaam) is everywhere, he talked about how false this is but then he said that this is the quality of Allah. I know that Allah is above his throne and i recently found out that if you believe that Allah is everywhere it will cause you your religion which makes you a kafir.

My question is are all my prayers bihind this imam not accepted? because i prayed fajr to isha bihind him for quite a long time.
