What is the ruling on reciting Qur’aan when doing ruqyah, via a loudspeaker or over the phone when one is far away?

Praise be to Allaah. 

Ruqyah for the sick must be
done directly, not via a loudspeaker or over the phone, because this
is contrary to the way the Prophet
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), his companions (may Allaah
be pleased with them) and those who followed them in truth did ruqyah. 
The Prophet (peace and blessings
of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever innovates something in this matter
of ours (i.e., Islam) that is not a part of it, will have it rejected.”
