Sometimes I feel afraid when I am in the washroom and I mention the name of Allaah in my heart. What is the ruling on that?

Allaah.

A person should not mention the name
of his Lord inside the washroom, because the place is not appropriate
for that. If he remembers Him in his heart that is OK, so long as he
does not say this out loud. Otherwise it is better not to say it out
loud in this place; he should wait until he comes out.
