Does the cream which people use on their hands and face invalidate wudoo’ or not?

be to Allaah.
For a woman to use cream on her face does not break wudoo’,
neither does it break one’s fast. Similarly, using lipstick does not break
one’s wudoo’ or one’s fast, but when one is fasting, if these cosmetics have
any flavour they should not be used in any way that may lead to the flavour
reaching the throat.
