Praying during menstruation is impure,, but what if the periods lasts more than
the normal days, (5-7 days). My question is whether we wait until it stops and
then pray or can we pray, even though the periods last way longer?
A women’s menstrual cycle is subject to variations, such as being longer or shorter or
discontinuous or delayed or coming earlier as a result of many biological and psychological
factors.
Therefore, the woman is not allowed to perform prayer, have intercourse with her husband,
etc., until she becomes totally clean , even if her period is longer than usual, unless it
exceeds 15 days.
