What is the ruling on saying “May Allaah give you a long life”?.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah
have mercy on him) said:
We should not wish people a long life, because a long life may be good or bad, and the worst of
people are those who live a long life and continue to do evil deeds. Based on this, if one says, “May Allaah give you a long life of obedience to
Him,” and the like, there is nothing wrong with that.
